If more than one idea, screen & prioritize for those that are the easiest & coolest first.
Maybe a license agreement is need? If its not yours, why bother? The business world is way to competitive already. Your court fees will be expensive and this means its probably already in the market.
Google it! Check manufacturers & retailers in varying languages.
 

Simple, just keep it secret, refer example here ...
Pointless showing your idea to anyone unless you can minimally show the principles of the idea work, better still, get a partial or fully functional prototype to see if it does work. This also helps you develop your IP, specifications for manufacture and enables you to know how to make it.
OK, you know your idea works, but do users want it? Why spend money, emotion and time bringing something to market unless you have incredible intuition (Possible) or have spoken to a few end users. Avoid a garage full of dusty widgets.
Crunch the number, spend time knocking up a realistic set of integrated spreadsheets that model variables, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, Discounted Cash Flow and Net Present Value.
