Client: Tremma Ink®
Requirement: Finding local and overseas manufacturers for a series of interconnected metallic mechanical components requiring high quality bright chrome and matt powder coated finishes. Success of this project relied on the parts being made with tight tolerances and fitting together seamlessly. As the final product was a world first innovation just coming to market for the first time, the initial order quantities needed to be low initially. The client also required a smart, well thought through intellectual property (IP) strategy for their developed IP.

The components were split between the two manufacturers with QA and QC independently carried out, and then shipped independently with final assembly taking place in Australia. This provided additional protection of the client’s Intellectual Property.

- Supplied high grade components at a competitive price,
- Low volume production runs that free up business funds,
